He has a degree in Industrial Microbiology from the Universidad
Pontificia Javeriana and a Master’s degree in Hygiene and Food Safety, and has
nine years of experience in the Quality departments of companies such as
Qualifyze, Grupo de Transporte Sanitario and Nespresso.
